About Countesswells Red Trail
This is the longest walk at Countesswells. It takes you from one end to the other and back in a loop, passing through much of this very pleasant and popular wood. The mixture of broadleaved and conifer woodland, beside open farmland and rough grazing, forms a mix of habitats attractive to many kinds of wildlife.
