Ski trails

(Average user rating: unrated unrated)

About Ski trails

The trails are a variety of lengths and there should be something to suit every ability. Some of the routes are groomed to help hold the snow and to improve the conditions for skiing. At each junction you will find a copy of the route map, marked to show where you are. You can use this to decide where to go next and it saves carrying a route map.

  • Check before you go - for details of trail closures, diversions and changes to listed events see the updates page.

How to get there:

Ski trails can be started from Clashindarroch in Forests of Moray and Aberdeenshire. Huntly, Alford, and Dufftown are the nearest towns or villages.

From Rhynie take the A941 road to Dufftown. The car park is on the left after about five miles.
