About Wishing Stone walk
A short low level walk starting from Braveheart that takes you past the 'wishing stone', where legend has it that if you can make the stone turn three times you are granted a wish.
The trail follows a short section of the West Highland Way, before branching off and into the all abilities trail, that is flat and well surfaced, and suitable for wheelchair users with assistance. The all abilities trail has a separate disabled parking area, and is a short loop directly from the carpark.
How to get there:
Wishing Stone walk can be started from Braveheart in Glen Nevis. Fort William is the nearest town or village.
Once you have entered the glen at the roudabout, the car park is approximately two km further on, on the right, and is well signed.
