About Tarbert Castle Walks

Starting beside Tarbert Castle, the path gently rises to give views back over the village and harbour.

A path leads to a viewpoint where there are great views looking east over Loch Fyne towards the Cowal peninsula. From the viewpoint the path loops back to the castle.

How to get there:

Tarbert Castle Walks can be started from Tarbert Castle in Tarbert which is part of Tarbert and Skipness. Tarbert is the nearest town or village.

A small path starting across the road from the pier takes you up the hill to the castle.

Tarbert Tourist Infomation Centre can be found 100m west of the start of the walk.

There is lots of parking is available around the harbour.
