Cologin Red Trail
A 1.5 mile waymarked trail through conifer plantation and mixed broadleaved woodland, with views over Ben Cruachan. Part of the trail follows an old drove road, from which there are superb views across the Loch Gleann a' Bhearraidh reservoir towards Mull and Oban Bay.
From the Cologin car park, go through the gate beside the trailhead sign and follow the track up the hill through the field. At the top of the field, cross over the stile to enter the woodland, following the red waymarkers. Waterproof walking boots are advised, as the path can be muddy.
A map of the route can be downloaded from the right hand side of this page.
