Orienteering at Bennachie
 

The monthly events are designed to introduce anyone interested in the sport and encourage them to make the most of the facilities available to orienteers in the forest surrounding the Bennachie Centre. Trained Coaches will be on hand to provide basic instruction and coaching on techniques, route planning and navigation.They will all be based around the Bennachie Centre. The events will be open to everyone (children and adults)though children under eight years may prefer to be with a parent or older child. How to get there: Travel on the A96 north past Inverurie. Approximately 2 miles beyond Inverurie take a road on the left sign posted to Chapel of Garioch. At Chapel of Garioch turn left (sign posted to the Bennachie Centre). Follow this road for 2 miles. The car park is on your right.
