About The Birks Walk

This fairly low level route enables you to circle Millstone Hill in both forest and open landscape.

You can download a map of the Bennachie trails from the What's of Interest panel on the right of this page.

How to get there:

The Birks Walk can be started from Donview Car Park in Bennachie. Monymusk is the nearest town or village.

From Monymusk, head north on minor road towards Blairdaff. After approx. 1.5 miles, the Donview Car park and walks are sign posted off to the left. Turn left and follow the road, which runs close to river Don, to the car park.
