Go Wild in the Woods on Wednesdays - Mini beast hunt
 

Every Wednesday throughout the summer holidays there will be events for children in your local woods. These events are for five year olds and over. Wear old clothes and expect to get dirty! Some of the activities are in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council Ranger Service. This one is a mini beast hunt.

How to get there: Follow the A96 north from Inverurie for approximately 10 miles. At the 'Oyne Fork', turn left onto the B9002 which signposted to Insch. After 3 miles on this road, and after passing Oyne village, turn left up to the Back O'Bennachie Car Park (sign posted Back O'Bennachie Car Park 1 mile).
