Healthy Hearts Walk

Join rangers on a gentle stroll from the forest centre. Regular gentle exercise can help reduce your chances of heart disease, reduce blood pressure, tone muscles and help control your weight. Meet new friends, learn about the forest, seasons and wildlife.
The Healthy Heart walk is spreading its wings to other forest destinations in 2008. We will now be visiting other local woodlands such as Seven Springs, Beaudesert and Shoal Hill. For a destination schedule please contact Rowan Clark at the address at the bottom of the page.
