Walking is a great way to improve your health and just about anyone can do it. Walking 30 minutes a day 5 days a week can bring substantial health benefits. An ideal way to achieve this is to take a walk in your local park or green space. This route has been designed through Rotherham Council's Steps to Health initative and is exactly 1 mile. The start of the route is marked by a walking man sculpture.
