Tai Chi
 

Join Tai Chi instructor Linda Southwick for a 2 hour session of Tai Chi which will include a gentle walk, Tai Chi and a gentle walk. This is the perfect opportunity, if you’ve always wanted to try Tai chi, which is not just a way of keeping fit, but it also opens up your creativity and encourages relaxation. The community woodland offers the perfect natural backdrop for these sessions.

How to get there: By Car Follow the A638 (Great Northern Road) away from Doncaster through Woodlands, after the shops you will go straight through one set of lights. Take next left onto Long Lands Lane. Follow road round a sharp bend to the right and take third road on your left, follow to the main car park (if you get to Markem Grange Nursey you have passed the site entrance). By Bus From Doncaster interchange take either the 78 walking five minutes from the Ridge Balk Lane/ Osborne Road stop in Woodlands (every 15 minutes)or the 203 to pickburn and walk across the A1 using the footbridge.
