On this route you are never far from the Lewis which gently flows through this secluded valley. Cross over the Lewis by way of the footbridge at the Car Park and follow the way markers. When you come to the Forks cross over the bridge and turn right to visit the old packhorse bridge or carry on past several ponds arriving back at the car park.
