Red Walk
 

Allow 1 and a half hours for this moderate walk starting at the Guisborough Forest and Walkway Visitor Centre. After an initial steep ascent the walk takes in a variety of Forest habitats. PLEASE NOTE THIS WALK IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO HARVESTING OPERATIONS.

How to get there:

Red Walk can be started from Guisborough Forest and Walkway Visitor Centre in Guisborough Forest. Guisborough is the nearest town or village.

The entrance to the visitor centre is about 300 metres along the A173 for its junction with the A171 just west of Guisborough. The entrance is signed.
