Spooky stories and ghostly japes. An evening of ghastly fun, but all in the best possible taste! In conjunction with Scarborough Coast College. free fun and games with the Friends of Dalby Forest at the Visitor Centre.

How to get there:

Halloween Happenings starts at Dalby Forest Visitor Centre in Dalby Forest. Thornton-le-Dale is the nearest town or village.

By car. Follow the signs for Dalby Forest Drive from the A170 at Thornton le Dale 14 miles west of Scarborough.

Walks set off every ten minutes and last approx 1 hour. Start time 5.00pm. Last walk departs 8.30pm.

Open to all ages.
Cost of Event:
£6.00 per person or £20.00 per family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children).
Easy Access:
Easy walking. Suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs (accompanied on 'escape route' to rejoin party after blindfold section on uneven terrain)

Dalby Forest Visitor Centre
Clothing Required:
A torch will be useful (but be prepared to switch it off as instructed). Stout shoes or wellingtons are advisable as some activities are on paths that may be muddy. Warm, waterproof clothes are essential or join in with fancy dress.
