Druids Walk
 

This popular loop swings in a southerly direction and involves a short steep ascent to the hill fort and its magnificent view.

How to get there:

Druids Walk can be started from Bury Ditches Hill Fort Car Park in Bury Ditches And Colstey Wood which is part of The Marches. Clun is the nearest town or village.

Located down a country lane between Clunton and Lydbury North, the woodland is signposted from the B4368 and B4385.

What to see now
Bury Ditches is home to one of the best-preserved hill forts in the country, dating from about 500BC. The spectacular views from the top make the steady climb worthwhile.
