Ramble with a Ranger 40
Join one of our Volunteer Rangers to discover more about the history and wildlife of the New Forest. These events are designed to build your confidence and understanding of the Forest so that you feel comfortable exploring independently in the future. So put those walking boots on and take the first step on this exciting adventure.
To give you some guidance, the rambles have been graded based on the distance and gradients encountered. Gentle - Under 5 miles and flat. Moderate - 5 - 8 miles with some hills. Strenuous - over 8 miles and hilly.

How to get there:
From Junction 1 of the M27 take the B3079 towards Brook then left along the B3078 towards Fordingbridge. Continue for several miles then take the first left, signposted Fritham. Continue past the next turn to Fritham on your right and Janesmoor Pond car park is on your left
