Red Walk
 

The Red Walk is a picturesque trail passing through mixed pine plantations and joins with the Peddars Way. Parts of the walk are alongside the River Thet with beautiful views accross flood meadows. Unfortunately there is no designated parking here.

How to get there:

Red Walk can be started from Thorpe Woodlands in Thetford Forest Park. Brettenham is the nearest town or village.

From Thetford take the A1066 towards Diss., Just after Brettenham village, turn left off the main road signposted Bridgham and campsite., Thorpe Woodlands is approximately one and a half miles along this road on the left hand side.
