Blue Trail

This trail runs along variable tracks with occasional benches. It passes through many woodland types, Beech avenues, 'short' Pines planted for seed collection and Wellingtonia trees.

How to get there:

Blue Trail can be started from Bacton Woods Car Park in Bacton Wood. North Walsham is the nearest town or village.

Bacton Wood is found between the B1159 at Bacton and North Walsham.

This blue trail runs through both the northern area of the woodland which is now regenerating ancient broadleaf woodland, and the central and southern areas which were formally heathland.
