Family Cycle Trail

 

This trail is a little wider, but is also steeper and longer than the Adventure Cycle Trail, with two short ascents and one descent. Taking in magnificent views over Exeter, you will cycle on various stoned paths. Suitable for energetic children, and can be ridden with a tag-along.

How to get there:

Family Cycle Trail can be started from Haldon Gateway in Haldon Forest Park. Exeter is the nearest town or village.

Travelling by car turn off the A38 at Exeter Racecourse and follow the signs for Haldon Forest Park. The Haldon Gateway Car Park is signposted further along the road on the left.
