Lady Vale Walk

(Average user rating: unrated unrated)

About Lady Vale Walk

This is a picturesque all ability route, so everyone should be able to enjoy it including those who visit with wheelchairs or pushchairs.

The track follows the river upstream to Lady Vale Bridge, which takes it's name from The Chapel of Our Lady that stood beside the river during the 12th century.

You can download a trail map.

How to get there:

Lady Vale Walk can be started from Cardinham Car Park in Cardinham. Bodmin and Fletchers Bridge are the nearest towns or villages.

From Bodmin take the A38 towards Liskeard. 400 metres beyond the Carminnow Cross roundabout follow the brown tourist signs left and then left again into Cardinham Woods.
