A workshop for stakeholders was held on 26th September 2008 at which we worked in groups to review the evidence of impact, rank the outcomes according to importance for appraising policy options and developed criteria for appraisal. The workshop was jointly chaired by the RSPB and Confor. The agenda, attendees, group activities, outputs, note of plenary discussion, and our analysis and proposed actions arising are presented below.
