Corporate hospitality at Westonbirt's Summer Concerts

Embrace in 2006 at Westonbirt Arboretum Live Music concert venueThe events team at Westonbirt Arboretum can organise hospitality packages for the summer Live Music concerts series. 

2012 Live Music dates and acts:

  • Friday 22 June - Will Young
  • Saturday 23 June - Plan B
  • Sunday 24 June - Madness
  • Friday 20 July - Artist TBC
  • Saturday 21 July - Alfie Boe
  • Sunday 22 July - Steps
  • What we offer (for groups over 30 people):

    • Food served in the Great Oak Hall using a local caterer, to be served either late afternoon or early evening.
    • Access to the main car park, which will mean very little queuing at the end of the evening. 
    • A complimentary guided walk through our beautiful Old Arboretum.
    • Personal event manager, who will look after you during your time in the Great Oak Hall, and they will also walk you over to the arena. 
    • Direct access into the arena with no queuing.

    Once in the arena, we can supply:

    • Picnic blankets
    • Chairs
    • Option to have a picnic and drinks in the arena
    • High quality plastic wine and tall glasses

    One of our event staff will check on you during the evening to ensure you are happy and at the end of the evening, we will even clear everything away - making your visit to one of our concerts very relaxing!

    An option of a picnic only, within the Arena is also available for the larger groups.

    For smaller groups of 15 people:

    • Deluxe Picnic
    • Picnic blankets
    • Chairs
    • Drinks (no glass), either non alcoholic drinks or a box of wine
    • High quality plastic wine and tall glasses
    • Access into the main car park giving you a fast exit at the end of the evening
