Customer Feedback - Have your say about services and facilities
Why provide feedback?
We are incredibly proud of the services and facilities we offer at High Lodge but we constantly strive to improve. One of the best ways to do so is to listen to the views of our customers.
All of what we offer has been directly or indirectly influenced by customers.
We can only respond if we know what customers think, so please use one of the feedback methods to let us know what you think.
What happens to feedback provided?
We treat all comments with the utmost respect but we cannot respond to every one we receive. Generally our policy is not to reply to comments but refer to them when we undertake our annual review of services and facilities. In this way they influence our future planning.
