Existing and new applicants, who do not already have Single Business Identifier (SBI), must register themselves as a customer with the RPA.  Additionally any land that they wish to enter into a land management scheme must be registered on the Rural Land Register (RLR).  For further details please refer to our guidance Operations Note 019 Customer and Land Registration.
