Thank you for attending the ‘Show us your X-Factor’ interviews. Over the 4 days we saw more than 140 candidates and we hope you enjoyed the experience as much as the graduate team did. We have contacted all candidates to inform them of the outcome of this part of the selection process.
12 candidates were invited to attend an assessment centre, which consisted of a variety of numerical, practical, psychometric and written exercises designed to assess how well your skills could be used in the Graduate Development Programme.
We have now selected 5 candidates to attend a final interview on 10 May 2010.
