Can you find all the creatures that lay eggs at Westonbirt and solve our Easter riddle?  Then create your own Easter crafts.  All participants enter our Easter prize draw.

Mon 12 - Fri 16 April - Awakening Woods

With spring in full swing, why not venture out with us as we spring forth to discover the awakening woodland - from buds bursting and rising sap to colourful blooms and wildflower carpets - we'll be exploring the changes that occur amongst the trees at this time.  Create your own spring crafts to take home.

Follow our global tour and explore a world of trees without stepping a foot outside the arboretum!  How good a plant hunter are you!  There will be a differen art activity from different parts of the world each day.

Mon 2  - Thurs 5 August - Tall Tree Tales

Look closely and you'll find the true tree ents! As you discover tree tales from around the world, join in our fun story activities and create your own book or puppet to take home.

Mon 9 - Thurs 12 August - Our Native TreesHazel leaf.

Come and discover the trees that made Britain. Which trees managed to reach Britain after the last Ice Age, how are they important to our own lives and which tree may become 'new natives' in the future?  There will be a different traditional craft each day.

Discover why wood is so good on the William Woodworm Trail and make your own wood products.  There will be a different art activity each day so why not come more than once!
