Non-School Visits - Learning and Activities for Everyone

Learning at Alice Holt isn't just for schools and colleges!

You can book onto one of our advertised events - details can be found online here or in our events programme, Your Forest .
We are able to run some group visits and you can hire our facilities to run your own.

The Alice Holt Forest Map will help you find your way around and the Easy Access Discovery Trail leaflet offers some lively activities for children and families, especially when used with Active Kids Extra.
A special booklet, 'Talking Pictures', is available for hire free of charge for people with speech and language difficulties to enable them to make full use of the trail. To hire the booklet, please contact or ring 0300 067 4448.

The following leaflets contain activities which children really enjoy All Ears, Feely Fun, Magic Potions, Sharp Eyes, and Woodland Homes

Are you are an environmental education organisation or a leader / instructor of an outdoor physical activity?
If you would be interested in running educational or recreational activities, at Alice Holt Forest or another Forestry Commission woodland in the South England District, we would be pleased to hear from you.
