Welcome to our Graduate Development Programme (GDP) area.
There is a freeze on external recruitment therefore we will not have a Graduate Development Programme in 2012.
Our GDP exists to identify and develop people with the potential to become our leaders of the future. The programme is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business and to provide you with the network of contacts you will need to succeed. It is structured to provide you with a range of learning and development opportunities. As well as having your own Personal Development Plan you will be assigned a Mentor and your own dedicated Learning Adviser. The GDP is a 2/3 year programme where you will complete a placements in a number of business areas.
