Interreg - funding to promote territorial cohesion
European Territorial Co-operation programmes, also called Interreg, support innovative projects in the field of European spatial development, to stimulate harmonious and sustainable spatial development in European countries. Interreg, has three strands of co-operation:
- Interreg IVa: cross-border cooperation
- Interreg IVb: transnational cooperation
- Interreg IVc: inter-regional cooperation
The UK participates in the following programmes:
