A semi-ancient natural woodland providing a variety of mixed species, creating pleasant walks and cycle rides, with a wide range of colour changes.

How to get there:

Narberth is the nearest town or village.

Regular buses (Nos. 381, 322, 323) run between Carmarthen, Haverfordwest and Narberth, stopping at Canaston Bridge. Canaston Wood is located a short distance along the A4075.
For those arriving by car, there is parking on the east side of the A4075 where the forest road enters the wood. The forest road beyond the parking area is not suitable for cars.
