Strome is a mixed, planted conifer forest. It covers the steep slopes above Lochcarron.

The views from Strome wood are outstanding. This is an area where you can spot mountain, woodland or coastal wildlife.

How to get there:

Stromeferry, Achmore, Balmacara, Kyle Of Lochalsh, and Plockton are the nearest towns or villages.

Strome wood is adjacent to the A890 on the slopes and hills above Stromeferry.
