About Glen Nevis
Nestled at the foot of Ben Nevis, the glen offers great access to many popular hill walks including the Ben, the Mamores and the Aonochs, as well as the end point of the 96 mile West Highland Way.
If tackling the hills isnt your thing then the Glen offers many easier walks that offer stunning views onto the surrounding peaks.
A popular area for visitors, Glen Nevis is also well used by locals who use the trails over Cow Hill to walk from Fort William into the Glen.
How to get there:
Fort William is the nearest town or village.
From both the south and north, follow the A82 to Fort William. The Glen is well sign posted.
Once you have left the roundabout at the woollen mill Glen Nevis wood is only 1.5m further up the glen. Sign posts for the Braveheart car park are obvious and can be found on your right-hand side.
