Glen Brittle

Glen Brittle forest is a planted, conifer forest within the very dramatic setting of Glen Brittle. The stark, wide glen is towered over by the imposing ridge of the Black Cuilllins.

How to get there:

Merkadale, Sligachan, Eynort, Portree, Broadford, and Isle Of Skye are the nearest towns or villages.

From the main Kyleakin to Portree road on Skye, the A850, at Sligachan take the A863, after 5 miles, turn left along the B8009, then left again at the road signposted to Glen Brittle.
