Recreation at Kilmory
 

Kilmory wood lies immediately to the east and south-east of Lochgilphead. With a network of short walks and a picnic site beside Kilmory Loch, it is the perfect place to spend a relaxing afternoon for all the family. Follow the path around Kilmory loch and spend some time in the wildlife hide, you never know what you might spot! Or climb to the top of Dun Mor for a view over Lochgilphead and Ardrishaig.

How to get there:

Kilmory is part of Kilmichael Forest. Lochgilphead is the nearest town or village.

From Glasgow -
Follow the A82 to Tarbert then the A83 through Inverary and Minard. Kilmory wood can be accessed through Kilmory Castle in the Kilmory industrial estate located 1 mile south of Lochgilphead on the A83.
From Oban -
Follow the A816 to Lochgilphead then 1 mile on the A83 to Kilmory Castle in Kilmory Industial Estate.
