Recreation at Brenchoillie
 

Brenchoillie wood is set along the northern side of the A83 between Inveraray and Furnace. A selection of forest roads and tracks lead to the top of the hill. It is worth the climb, the views to Loch Awe and Beinn Cruachan to the north and Loch Fyne to the south are spectacular.

How to get there:

Brenchoillie is part of East Loch Awe. Inveraray and Furnace are the nearest towns or villages.

From Glasgow-
Follow the A82 to Tarbet then the A83 through Inveraray to Auchindrain museum.
From Lochgilphead-
Follow the A83 south to Auchindrain museum.
