What's of interest
This is a wonderful ancient woodland, and with its gently sloping rides, is the perfect place to come and walk this autumn. Try out the waymarked "King Richard's Trail", a two mile walk through some lovely beech groves. Follow the posts with the orange band on top. Some of the grassy rides may be muddy in places, so wear shoes with good tread.
