The Pearce XC trail is currently being built this 18.5km route is graded 'difficult' and will be launched in March 2012.

Hopton Wood lies amid the glorious scenery of South Shropshire Hills, it is a coniferous woodland and covers an area of 350 hectares.

How to get there:

Hopton Wood is part of The Marches. Hopton Castle is the nearest town or village.

Hopton Wood is situated eight miles west of Craven Arms, off the B4385 to Clun adjacent to the village of Hopton Castle.

i love these tracks, i am 13 and i come here every thursday to ride the tracks with school for our activity sessions. the tracks are amazing and i really enjoy it . thanks

The downhill tracks in this woodland require a high degree of expertise. Come properly prepared with safety equipment and a well maintained bike.
