Wenchford

A popular picnic site with benches, bbqs and a paddling area.  The Blackpool Brook trickles through the site under the dappled shade of the large oak trees.

 

How to get there:

Wenchford is in Forest Of Dean.
From the A48 at Blakeney take the B4431 Parkend road. Three miles along this road you will find the site signposted on the right hand side.
Blakeney is the nearest town or village.

Refreshments are provided by a mobile cabin which operates at weekends and summer weekdays, depending on the weather.

The toilet block is closed from November until Easter
