About Contin Forest Walks

The car park is set amidst mature larch and pine trees.

There are picnic tables available here as well as toilets which are open during the summer months.

This is the starting point for three forest trails.

How to get there:

Contin Forest Walks is in Torrachilty Forest. Contin is the nearest town or village.

The car park is less than one mile from the middle of Contin village.

Take the A835 road west from Contin to a point about 200 metres beyond the 30 mph speed limit. At the green Forestry Commission Scotland sign, turn right.

Continue along this road for half a mile past some wooden buildings to the car park.
