BBBrrrrrilliant day last Friday at the Gruffalo trail!! I took my 1yr old and my 4 yr old and they had a fabulous time. There was so much to do and I was so impressed with how flexible and helpful everyone was when the heavens decided to open!! A lady took a photo of my son in the music tent for the website etc, any ideas if I can see / get a copy of that photo?

Susan FitzGerald, 11/Aug/2014

Thanks for the great feedback Susan - glad you had a good time. Regarding the photo, if you email us your name and contact details we can check for you. jeskynsranger@forestry.gsi.gov.uk

Went to the park today with our two dogs, and were surprised to see so many dogs off lead in on lead areas.Your signs need to be bigger or another approach needs to be tried. You can't patrol the areas all the time and we don't use the park as much as we would like because of other dog owners who don't follow simple rules.Thank you.

Mike, 10/Aug/2014

Thanks for the feedback Mike. Whenever the Rangers are on site, they report that most people seem to be complying with the new zone but we do take on board what you are saying. We will continue to speak to as many people as posssible about the zone and will also review the current signage.

Visited on 8 Aug, with my 3yr old son for the Gruffalo day. We had a brilliant time, the selection of activities were great, and he loved meeting the Gruffalo himself and the chance to have his photo taken with him. All staff were really helpful and friendly. We hope it didn't take the gruffalo too long to dry out, after the afternoon rain! It wasour first visit to Jeskyns, and we'll definitely be back to explore more of the park. only slight disappointment was the close proximity of all the creatures in the gruffalo trail itself. would have been more fun to spot them from the entrance through to the tree house area.

Amanda, 10/Aug/2014

Thank you for your comments Amanda and glad you enjoyed the day. Your comments re: spotting the characters are noted and we will consider adjusting this for the arrival of the new Gruffalo Child's trail in October.
