Forestry Commission Wales is inviting residents to comment on the draft Newborough Forest Management Plan which will determine how the cherished woodland is looked after for the next five years.
A final drop-in session will be held in the Pritchard Jones Institute in Newborough on Monday (18 October) between 3.00pm and 7.00pm, when FC Wales staff will be on hand to discuss the main principles of the plan.
John Browne, who heads up the FC Wales planning team, said, "We are really proud of this plan and feel that it celebrates how important this site is.
"The plan gives a detailed picture of how we will manage the forest for the next five years and sets out what we want the forest to look like in the next 50 years."
If you want to read the plan in full, it is available on the Forestry Commission Wales website at www.forestry.gov.uk/wales then follow the link to communities and the Newborough Liaison Partnership.
