During May the Forestry Commission has organised guided walks through two of Cornwall’s most beautiful forests.
On Sunday 9 May, join our ranger on a Bluebell Ramble through Idless Woods near Truro. Starting at 2pm and finishing at 4pm, this walk is the perfect way to enjoy the sights and scents of springtime.
At Cardinham Woods near Bodmin on Sunday 16 May there will be a Morning Wild Ramble starting at 8am. Join the ranger on this walk to learn more about the forest and how and why it is managed.
Afterwards why not pop in to Woods Café at Cardinham to enjoy the friendly atmosphere and delicious home cooked lunches, cakes and cream teas.
Booking is essential for both walks by calling 01392 834233.
