For the first time in 50 years, two new cottages have been built by the Forestry Commission on the Crown Lands of the New Forest. The Anderwood Cottages are sustainable rural homes which will provide affordable accommodation for members of the commoning community, as part of the Forestry Commission’s support to this historic way of life.
