Welcome to our Graduate Development Programme (GDP) area.
Our GDP exists to identify and develop people with the potential to become our leaders of the future. The programme is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of our business and to provide you with the network of contacts you will need to succeed. It is structured to provide you with a range of learning and development opportunities. As well as having your own Personal Development Plan you will be assigned a Mentor and your own dedicated Learning Adviser. The GDP is a 3 year programme where you will complete a 6 month placement in each of the 6 areas of the business. These placements will be at various locations throughout GB and you will need to relocate three or four times during the 3 year programme.
