Andy Hall joined Forest Research for a second period in 2001, and specialises in method and work-study related issues. Andy studied forestry at Newton Rigg College of Agriculture and Forestry from 1979 to 1982. He became Head of Technical Developnet in September 2005.

Head of Technical Development, part of the Forest Management Division.
