What was the event?

This lecture discussed the value of trees to neighbourhoods and communities, the reduction of energy consumption and alleviation of climate change by sequestration of C0₂ and how trees can be used with microorganisms to remediate contaminated land. 

Distinguished Professorial Lecture given by Prof. Jim Lynch, Chief Executive of Forest Research at the time.
