Forest Live is the Forestry Commission’s concert series which takes place in seven fabulous forest venues including Bedgebury throughout England.

Friday 17 June - Tom Jones

The legendary Sir Tom Jones has signed up to Forest Live and will be playing at Bedgebury Forest on Friday 17 June. With more than 100 million record sales generated by hits such as ‘It’s Not Unusual’,’ Kiss’, ‘Delilah’ and ‘What’s New Pussycat’, Tom and his band will entertain with a repertoire that spans five decades.

Tom Jones’ remarkable career has gone from strength to strength.  Along with sustaining his popularity as a live performer and recording artist, he has garnered the best reviews of his career for his recently released albums ‘Spirit In The Room’ and ‘Praise & Blame.’

Kaiser Chiefs Forest Live concerts 2016Leeds rockers the Kaiser Chiefs, one of the UK’s most loved bands, have signed up for Forest Live and will be playing at Bedgebury Forest on Saturday 18 June.


The BRIT award winners and multi-platinum selling band are known for their ultra-high energy gigs and epic rock anthems. They will be performing songs from their decade long chart career including ‘Oh My God,’ ‘I Predict A Riot,’ ‘Everyday I Love You Less And Less,’ ‘Ruby’ and ‘Never Miss A Beat’ plus new material as the band are currently working on their sixth album which will follow 2014’s politically charged number one album ‘Education, Education, Education & War.’

Commenting on the gigs, Ricky Wilson said, “As a band we’ve always loved to play outdoors, we’ve done fields, parks, farms, rooftops, beaches and back gardens, but this will be the first time we’ve played in a forest. If you go down to the woods this Summer, you’re sure of a big surprise. We’re really looking forward to being part of Forest Live.”
