Bike Art Customer offers

Bike Art cycle hire customer Free Return Visit (BA FRV)

Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are specific to the High Lodge Customer offer known as ‘Bike Art cycle hire customer Free Return Visit, reference number BA FRV.
 2. The offer enables Bike Art cycle hire customers or drivers of Bike Art cycle hire customers, paying the site entry fee for the day of the visit to Bike Art and hiring a bike for 2 hours or more, to claim a free return visit to HLTF.
 3. The free return visit is facilitated through a 'Free Return Visit' or a 'Free Visit' voucher and must be used as per the Site Entry Terms & Conditions. The free return visit applies to cars only and does not apply to minibuses or coaches.
 4. This offer is transferable to a third party.
 5. The offer is valid for one year from the original visit. This date is shown on the reverse of the ticket.
 6. An eligible Bike Art cycle hire customer may make further claims under this offer for further visits made on separate days.
 7. A customer can only claim a voucher on the day of their visit.
 8. Customers will claim their free voucher from the Bike Art Duty Manager.
 9. The High Lodge customer offer general terms & conditions as published on High Lodge Web Pages on the day the offer is taken up apply.

20% off cycle hire at Bike Art for Discovery Pass holders

Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are specific to Bike Art customer offer known as ‘20% off cycle hire at Bike Art’, which is offered as part of the Forestry Commission’s ‘Discovery Pass’.
2. The offer enables customers to claim 20% discount off the price (as advertised on the day of hire) on the hire of cycles from Bike Art. 
3. The offer applies to a maximum booking of four cycles.
4. The offer applies on weekdays excluding school and bank holidays.
5. An eligible customer may make further claims under this offer for further visits made on separate days.
6. Unless specified in the offer terms & conditions, offers are not available to Bike Art staff, FC staff or their families.
7. Unless specified this offer can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
8. Taking up or claiming the offer constitutes an agreement between the Bike Art & the customer, whereby the customer agrees to all applicable terms and conditions.
9. All offers are subject to published Bike Art opening hours.
10. Customer details provided will not be provided to third parties.
11. Booking on 01842 810090 is recommended as presentation of ‘Discovery pass’ does not guarantee cycle availability.
12. Bike Art reserves the right to withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
13. All cycle hire terms and conditions as published on the day of hire apply.
14. Cannot be used in conjunction with group booking facility.

Free Bike Wash Offer for Discovery Pass holders

Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are specific to the High Lodge Customer offer known as ‘Free Bike Wash’.
2. The offer enables customers who have a valid voucher a single use of the bike wash at Bike Art, at no cost to the customer.
3. The vouchers are transferable to a third party.
4. This offer can be used in conjunction with other High Lodge customer offers.
5. The High Lodge customer offer general terms & conditions as published on High Lodge Web Pages on the day the offer is taken up apply.
6.  The use of the bike wash is subject to the terms and conditions of use as published on the day of use.
