Our purpose and direction - Forestry Commission Wales' Corporate Plan 2012 – 2015:
This sets out what we want to achieve over the next three years and how we will measure our performance. This Plan is updated each year and represents our response to the challenges and ambitions of WG’s Woodlands for Wales strategy. In addition to setting out our ongoing work and the activities we have planned over the next three years the Corporate Plan also highlights what we achieved in 2011/12. It is also available as a short summary.
