Under equalities legislation (pre Equality Act 2010) the Forestry Commission was legally required to publish Equality Schemes every three years, and annual Monitoring Reports, in respect of gender, disability and race.
The Schemes publicly outline our commitment to embedding diversity into our everyday business and to seeking to identify and address potential barriers. The annual Monitoring Reports detail our progress and highlight good work from across the organisation.
